I have a long standing positive relationship with American Express and have always (and continue) to make payments on time. I received a letter today from AE indicating they have lowered my limit to $ 1000.00 due to, among other reasons, “serious delinquency on other accounts”. Can I anticipate additional limits being imposed even if I keep current with my two remaining credit cards? I need to have at least one card with a appropriate limit to use when I travel on business. Appreciate any advice

be prepared for all card limits be reduced — you might have to use a debit card when traveling!!!
