The kit I bought said to do it sometime within the next 36-48 hours. I did it right away just because I didn’t want to miss my window of opportunity! I am on cd 22 anxiously waiting to see if it worked =) Good luck and lots of baby dust!

The day of the positive and/or the day after. (so within 36-48 hours)

Two days after the positive may still get you pregnant, but you risk missing ovulation.

once you get your LH surge you could ovulate anywhere from 12 to 48 hours later
