How do I start selling cigarettes in NJ?

Curious: How do I start selling cigarettes in NJ?
I have a business in NJ and would like to start selling cigarettes. I have three questions though:
1) How do I get started? What licenses do I need to obtain, etc.?
2) How/where do I acquire the inventory?
3) Is it legal and profitable to buy cigarettes in one state and resell them in another?
