im 24 and im working as an engineer now 5days a week. How do i get started on producing and selling wedding favors? Money wise, i have little capital, and how do i go about selling it?

Your best bet may be to approach your friends first. You are right about in the age range where many of your girl friends are probably getting married soon. Or maybe they have other friends, relatives or sisters getting married. Word of Mouth may be your best bet in this field.
Because of your shortage of funds, make only a small amount, which you can use to show people. Allow them to place orders and pay you the upfront cost of materials. Then charge them the balance, which is your time fee, afterwards.
