Before I became a skin care consultant, my skin care regimen used to consist of Dove soap and water. I experienced periodic breakouts, oily areas, and dry spells, not a real pretty picture, I know. You might consider trying Arbonne, it worked for me. Arbonne’s products are made with nanosphere technology and are specifically formulated to meet the needs of people with different skin types (including oily skin). What many people aren’t aware of is most soaps and cleansers on the market contain mineral oil, the molecular structure of which is too large to penetrate into the pores of our skin so it sits on the top layer like saran wrap. This causes dirt and debris to collect on our face, thus causing our skin problems. They also contain harmful ingredients such as alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, etc which strip your skins acid mantel (its protective layer) and causes irritation, dryness, and more oil production. Arbonne is a Swiss company that is regulated by the FDA and formulates their products without the ingredients listed above. Their products are botanically based and beneficial for all skin types. The right skin care regimen with natural and beneficial products will help you. I would be happy to send you a free sample if you’re open to giving it a try. It’s best to try a product to ensure that it works for you before spending your money. If you love the products, I will show you how you can get them at a 35% discount. Good luck.Answer by km_foo1977
Be careful of scrubbing your face excessively as it may worsen your skin further.
Use Zenmed for acne, it’s natural ingredients will help.
Answer by jawana_storyI am a Dermatology Nurse and honestly you really need to see a Dermatologist so they can get you started on some sort of prescription meds. Most all of the over-the-counter meds have the same active ingredient of either salicylic acid or Benzoyl Peroxide but acne is really oil trapped in your skin and your pores are too small to let it out. Then the oil gets infected with bacteria and that causes the red pimples. If your break out isn’t really bad you could start with Panoxyl Bar 10% and use some sort of Acne Topical like clearasil. The main thing is that you don’t want to be too aggressive because you will get really dry and then won’t be able to use much because of the dryness. For great news, the oil in your skin is going to keep you looking young for many years to come and when your friends that have dry skin are wrinkled, you won’t be!! Good Luck!Answer by shia p
Take a mutli-vitamin everyday…. if you are female, 1 a day
Women’s is very good! And also make sure to have lots of
water and greentea throughout the day. If (for example) you
way 140 pounds, drink at least 70 oz of water a day….(just
half the number….. 100 lbs, drink 50 oz of water a day) stay
away from oily foods. Get good sleeps… If none of these
natural things work for you…. I know a miracle in a bottle…..
Go to Sephora and get the Murad Acne Treatment… I used to
have acne that swallowed my face and now it is like
porceline after 60 days!!!!! I was so happy, I cried! Please
try it!!!!! You wont regret and good luck to you. I know that
skin is one of the most self-conscious things on your body
and a lot of people take good skin for grantit. Try this out and
if I doesn’t work, ( I highly doubt it!!!) see a dermatologist…
Best wishes to you and God Bless!
