I use Dr. Weil serum and I love it, but it’s so expensive. My skin loves Dr. Weil and I can tell a big difference right away; however I need to find something I can afford long term. Any suggestions for skin calming moisturizers for sensitive skin? Thanks 🙂

Believe it or not, olive oil is the best skin moisturizer. And it is not at all greasy. Try it on a small spot and see what you think.

Kathryn, I recommend what I use; Preve extreme anti aging by Isabella Pelle. It’s made specifically for fine lines/wrinkles. It has the highest concentration of “peptides” active ingredients to fight them. Also has the highest concentration of the best known moisturizer, hyaluronic acid. This has kept my skin baby smooth.
Last month they came out with a more concentrated version of Preve called Cura. It’s everything Preve except they concentrated it to extreme. I got it 2 weeks ago; it’s excellent. What you need to do is decide which one is best for you. I recommend both.

Hi Kathryn, I also have sensitive skin, my hands crack and my face is very sensitive to SPF in creams. Serums are in general very expensive in nature. I suggest Avon, it’s very affordable and their creams are amazing! If you need moisture on your body, I suggest Skin So Soft body cream. It stopped my hands from cracking in this cold weather. If you need moisture on your face, I would try a night cream, day creams have SPF and for sensitive skin, I think a night cream would be better for you… there is one called SOLUTIONS PM Maximum Moisture Night Cream.
