Jessica: Selling house with out a realtor?
There is a guy in my town who buys up houses and rents them out. When he found out that we were wanting to sell our house because it needed repairs we couldnt afford to fix, he took a look at it. Last night he called and said he wanted to buy it. He said hes going to a closer today.
My question is, what do we need to do to protect our selves and to make sure the house is sold AS IS?
