NAZREL: why are the scammer, not getting punished for their illegal actions, that they display on the internet?
I think that there should be laws to govern the internet useage, so innocent people will not be taken advanage of, by internet criminals.
I also think that every internet company, should be held liable for making their website safe and secure for all there users.

The spammers are very good at what they do, using fake addresses and rerouting their transmissions, only two of the ways they avoid arrest. The Internet businesses are not all safe and trustworthy. Some have lucrative deals with other companies that do bad things on their sites. Others do the bad things themselves. They can not be held responsible because too many other people dealing with them can not be held responsible. A GREAT many people surfing the web do not do so in a safe and wise manner, bringing spam, spyware, and malicious codes to themselves and others. How can everyone in the world be held liable?
Spammers do get caught, pay the fine and just start up somewhere else. Some countries to no put a lot of effort in stopping spammers.
