As your doctor for a referral for physical therapy so your body can gradually handle the stress of gymnastics. PT can help rebuild your muscles. If you don’t have a Physical Therapist you can go to, go to the American Physical Therapy Association website and get on a live chat with a PT. Ask for their help and see if that works. If you are still in school, ask the coach for her/his advise also.
i would just start off with stretching and go a little further each week,u dont want to rip anything, but u dont know what u can do until u stretch,go a little further each time, but if u just lie around, its gonna be worse.u need to go slow but be productive about it.take two extra weeks and just start slowly
