There isn’t a original Bible around, as far as i know to age. So, what’s the strongest, oldest historically kept record of some one reading a Bible?

You can go as far back as the Dead Sea Scrolls for the OT.
Possibly the Book of Mormon, and more specifically The Book of Ether contained in the Book of Mormon. Well, I can’t say that that’s right, the account begins just after the separation at the tower of Babel, but it was actually written quite some time afterward. What we have is in fact a narration by Moroni (The son of Mormon) of the writings of Moriancumr. If we had the original text then this would be true. We will in its entirety some day in the future by the way, but that’s not what you asked.
Moses wrote the first 5 books of the Bible so that puts the authorship of those books well before the book of Ether. However the Book of Abraham was written prior to those books, found in The Pearl of Great Price.
