Personally, I think Obama is going through a lot, trying to save the country after what Bush did to it.

Still, I respect your opinion but, think of how hard it is to be president. Think of how hard it is to save an ENTIRE country through depression. FDR could only do it because he had extreme help from his wife where as Obama’s wife doesn’t really play the same role as Elenor.

Obama is destroying our country. I don’t like anything that he does. We are in almost $ 2 trillion of debt because of him. He has spent more money in his first 100 days of office than anyother president of this nation combined. Everyone hated Bush a lot because of his spending. Now, Obama spends an astronomical amount of money, and people love him for it. It doesn’t make sense at all.

I think he is doing a fantastic job and he makes me proud to be an American. I haven’t been this enthusiastic about a president since JFK. You have to remember that he is trying to undo what the worst president in our nation’s history did.

GIVE OBAMA a chance. his economic stimulus plan is just a variation of Bush’s stimulus. Is that socialist you republicans say? Our mail is socialist, grade schools are socialist, our police is state run, the military is ran in a socialist manner. Look back on history when the government didn’t step in to help the automobile and banking industry we went from a recession to the DEPRESSION. Bush tripled the deficit, not Obama. Cheney was given a NO BID contract on Iraq do you know how much profit that is with no competition? Obama wants to increase the price of guns not take them away. The right to bear arms was written in the 1700’s when there was lawlessness, Indian neighbors, the British, the Spanish. People kill people with guns. Make you poor??????? He wants to tax the top 3% of the country I don’t think the richest 3% of the country hangs around on yahoo by the way. 3 out of 10 people have no health insurance in America those 3 are the poor, Obama wants the insurance companies to cut their profits to help the poor. I think you have your politics twisted and you should try looking at Obama from an optimistic point of view. I tried 8 years of Bush trust me Obama could be worse.

Everyone president we’ve ever had, had good and bad qualities/policies. Every president we have in the future will have good and bad qualities/polices…My point is regardless of who’s in office, I try to look at all of the good things they do. I don’t believe any president of the U.S. has a mindset to destroy their own soil. No I don’t agree with everything a president believes in, but I support the best way I can.

I think he’s doing the best he can,its not easy to be the president of the united states. Every president is going to slip up and contradict himself eventually. Honestly i think he’s going to do great things,hes changeing America and i think that scares a lot of people. he may make mistakes but there is no way that he’ll run this country into the ground like people are saying,they keep forgetting that just because the president proposes somthing does not mean that it’ll happen.I say give him a chance,what else can you do?

I’m older (51), an independent voter. I voted for Carter when I was young, Reagan two times, 3rd party two times and yes I voted for George Bush too. Very disappointed in George as most of us were. Obama is going to spend so much money that childern born today will owe $ 20k on day one. If you are younger you will grow in your careers and income. Then you will see the impact that this kind of spending will have on your lives. Going to be a long 4 years for us all. Hold on to your wallets. Please, if I can tell you one thing that you MIGHT listen to it’s do not go into debit. No Visa, no Master Charge. They are a fools game. Live within your means.

If Obama is the answer to the question – then the wrong question was asked!!

Obama has no experience and makes poor choices – as can be seen by his reversing himself on a variety of issues in only 4 months being president.

He calls himself a Constitutional Lawyer, yet he was TOTALLY wrong on the Heller vs DC lawsuit before the US Supreme Court. Prior to the case being decided he indicated he believed the DC laws were constitutional and after the US Supreme Court ruled against DC he tries to spin things and says the court was right, but limits are still valid. Does he not understand what “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” means??? Does he not understand what “SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED” means?????

Obama is a liberal Democrat who believes Socialism is the answer.

I hope enough Americans get some common sense over the next 3+ years and realize what a mistake was made and I hope they don’t make the same mistake with the next presidential election.

I dont like how our rights are starting to be taking away.

1) our right to bear arms
2) Our freedom of speech (radio, opinions of gays, ect..)
3) Making my tax money support abortion
4) Putting my tax money to freeing prisoners of war aka terrorist
5) Making me buy a certain type a car (love my american muscle cars!!)
6) Wheres my money for going to school to be a nurse? oh i forgot i am not black and i make more than 10,000 a year at my part time job..dang it that is my fault.
