The usual trick. Someone is sending emails to all my contact list saying I am in distress and asks for money. How can I stop it? How can I notify all my contact in a bulk mail?

The spammer could have obtained your password with phishing spam. Change your password. While you are in your account settings check for tampering with your alternate email contact address. That could be used to obtain new passwords.

Also abstain from clicking on links within your spam. That spammer’s webpage can run a malicious script. This runs within your browser and can tell webmail currently logged in within that browser to send spam.

Maybe this can help you, Try changing your password, and/ or let your virus control scan your computer, if that doesn’t work, I have not found links work permanently, I went to CONTACT YAHOO CUSTOMER CARE, then clicked on LIVE CHAT, told them my problem and they switched me back 5 to10 min. total, no problem and they do not prompt me to switch anymore! You can also call Yahoo USA, but you will wait forever! 1-866-562-7219. Don’t forget to vote for best answer. Anyway Good Luck!
