People on my email list have notified me that they are getting emails supposedly from me about purchasing Viagra and other drugs.

You’ve been hijacked. Change your password immediately. Make it a STRONG one with CAPS, numbers and special symbols in it. ALWAYS sign out of your email and Yahoo Answers when leaving.

Scan your system with good antivirus and antimalware software. If you really feel it might be a problem, make a NEW email address, transfer your contacts, send them an email from your new address apologizing and letting them know about the change – and then delete the old email address.

Your account got compromised. First change your password. Account help.https://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/acct/in… for just about anything to do with your account. Then run anti Virus and Anti Spyware. Should be fine then.
