My two favorites of all time are The Ultimate Gift and Serendipity!Answer by Bellatrix Lestrange
Up – I love this movie! It’s about an old man called Mr Fredrickson and a small boy called Russell. Russell is a Pioneer, and loves adventure because he thinks it will earn him his two badges to become a senior pioneer. Mr Fredrickson wants to travel to South America, because that was his old dead wife’s dream, and also to have their house there. So when Mr Fredrickson tries to get there by lifting his whole house with thousands of balloons, he travels to South America, along with Russell (who happened to be on his porch when the house took off), encountering many strange people and animals whilst there.
All About Steve – Mary Horowitz is, simply, a crazy fun woman. She feels no man will ever satisfy her, as she always spoils their dates. But one day, she gets a blind date with a man she never knew : Steve. She realises how charming and handsome he is and tries to make him happy. However, Steve doesn’t have much time for her; he is an ambitious cameraman and Mary tries everything to be normal to him!
Julie and Julia – In the years 2000 Julie Powell (Amy Adams) attempts to cook every recipe in Julia Child’s cookbook, Mastering the Art of French Cooking, which was written in the 1960s. She writes a blog about her experience. Woven into her story is the story of Julia Child’s time in Paris, in the 1950s, in which she discovers the art of cooking. Both women get much support from their husbands, although at one point Powell’s husband is fed up with her excessive devotion to her hobby.
that’s all I know (:
Answer by RentonWell it is almost Halloween so I’d recommend a horror movie. It all depends on your taste, though (zombies, gore, psychological, etc.)
To name a few of my favorites:
Return of the Living Dead
The Shining
A Nightmare on Elm St.
Dracula (Bela Lugosi or Christopher Lee)
Alien
The Ring
The Blair Witch Project
The Exorcist
Silent Hill
Or if you want to see a movie in theaters, I highly recommend Paranormal Activity.
