if i was selling something to someone and i lost the check they gave me then i tell them that the office threw it away and i might get in really big trouble for lying and losing the check.should i use my own money to pay for it?should i tell those people the truth?what should i ddo and how do i avoid big trouble????????
if i tell them the truth they might get mad
i could just tell them i got the check and then lost and make up for the money with my own money

Tell the truth so they can stop payment on the check. They can resend another.
Just tell the one who made the check to make a stop payment for the check so she or he can give you another one.
If you loss the check then you loss it. dont make it a big deal. its not like you lose 100 checks everyday.
