There is no microsoft powerpoint in my computer and i want to add this in my computer.

You have to buy it.
I think it comes in all MS Office versions now or you should be able to buy it separately.
OpenOffice (openoffice.org) is a similar suite of programs including Impress which will run most Powerpoint presentations, although, some things like embedded Flash might not work.
Are you trying to create a new presentation or run existing Powerpoint file. Impress saves to its own format or can open/save files as Powerpoint files.
