Microsoft outlook is not connecting to the internet?

Jesse: Microsoft outlook is not connecting to the internet?
I am unable to receive email. I am also getting the pop up of typing in a password before signing into Microsoft Outlook.
How do I receive mail to my Microsoft Oulook again? And how do I remove that computer lock from my computer?

Facts:
I DL a new antivirus called clamwin.
I am able to connect to the internet on the same computer, I am just unable to connect using Microsoft outlook.
I’m able to send email with Microsoft Outlook.
