If a game of Oztag goes for 40 minutes and we have 8 players on the field at a time and 3 subs, how often would each player need to sub so that we all get equal time on the field.

Well there’s a total of 40 minutes in the game, and 8 player son the field, so the toal playable minutes are:
40*8 = 320
There are 11 players in total, they would each have to play for a total of 320/11 = 29.09 min in the game.
