The only proven way to improve your maths scores is to practise, practise and practise.Answer by Rubix
Get a textbook with all your couse content, go through it exercise by exercise reading the questions and thinking about how you would answer them, exactly what working you would do. If you hit one where you don’t know what to do, find out, and do four or five ones like it.
In short, PRACTICE 😀

I’m going to go against the flow here and say that “Practise!” is not the right answer.
You need to make sure you understand what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. THEN you need to practise. I’ve seen far too many students who only know how to do a set calculation in a set way, and flounder whenever the problem is presented differently. If you understand what you’re doing, you can adapt to different question styles and extract the correct information.
That being said, you can’t REALLY understand it until you’ve practised it sufficiently. It’s a feedback loop: keep going through a cycle of studying the theory behind the application and doing the calculations, and you will find they will get easier to understand and to do as you go. Once you have a good grasp of a topic, search out some word problems and other problems that are not set up in the usual way, so you can get practice in interpreting them too.
Good luck!
Answer by manuhey, im in grade 12, and ill tell you what , i agree with the others . only ‘practice makes man perfect’ . try to get a hang of the topic by learning how to derive the basic formulas and learning them .if you still find maths tough try to develop a liking for it. it is rather fun, actually . you just have to apply little brains to solve problems. try find out areas of interest in maths .
for example-i simply HATE arithmetics and stats.why?coz there are numbers involved. on the other hand,i love algebra, trigo, calculus etcetera, etcetera where only variables (and more logic!!)are involved .
getting my point? liking a subject doesn’t mean liking all its aspects . try to get a good score in the parts that you like . its enoughAnswer by Professsor Daniel
