ichigoexile: Is there any written passage in the United States Constitution that prohibits taxation without representation?
Is there any part within the Federal Constitution that tells the methods of taxation and any prohibitation? If so, can you please quote it?

uhhh no. The Constitution does not specifically have to outline that there will be no taxation without representation, because it already states that there will ALWAYS be representation, therefore there will always be taxation.Answer by HG
