i need a credit card for ages like 14+ and not a prepaid one and not paypal.

LOL…no you can not get a “student” credit card or any other type that is not prepaid. You have to be 18 years old to even apply for a credit card and a JOB that might qualify you for one. So earn some money and pay cash.
