Yes, with the co-signment of an adult. Or at least, that’s how it is in the U.S. Not sure about Aussies.

Sure are and many. Your parents will be responsible for any missed payments though.
You have no need for a credit card at that age. Most people don’t need them at all.
Remember you do have to pay for as well as pay the interest of.
Very bad idea to let anyone under 21 have a credit card for any reason.
You can get Visa or Mastercard ‘debit’ cards which can be used like a credit card, but uses the money that exists in your bank account, rather than giving you credit.
There are no fees or charges that I am aware of.
You will regret your decision to get a ‘credit’ card if you go ahead with it.
Don’t spend what you can’t afford!
