Karen Cintron: Is there an internship available for teens that includes hands-on work with animals?
I am a teen, 16 years old, and I’m really looking into the field of biology for college, preferably marine biology. I think it would be an amazing opportunity to work hands-on with animals of any kind, even if it’s something really small. I’ve been researching at local zoos and aquariums and the only internships availble for teens have nothing to do with the animals. Any help? I live in Miami, Florida.

I really do not know the answer, But you can search “zoo” or “Miami zoo” at .
You will get official web site link for all the zoos in Florida. Using that link you can find contact info of the zoo. Then call and ask them. Best luck
