For most it is a sign of growing up and becoming middle class. Not in cities like NYC or if you are in a career that doesn’t live in one place but for people who stay in one city it gives them roots.
Most are pretty pleased the day they get their first house.
Like a boat the two happiest days are the day you buy and the day you sell.

Well…hmmmm! in this market!? Keeping your property is an accomplishment worthy of pride, and respect.

Real estate is a means to either reside or utilize in some way, it will become increasingly more difficult to own a home as time moves forward, and one should feel lucky if not pride to hold title to a piece of earth, or airspace in the case of a condominuim.
