Holly: Is Nancy Pelosi the main problem with the democrats right now?
The record high stock market – “just another example of Bush policies helping the rich get richer”.
Government tax revenues are at all time highs – “Only the rich benefit from these record highs. Working Americans, welfare recipients, the unemployed and minorities are not sharing in these obscene record highs”.
Over 80% of all Americans have investments in mutual funds, retirement funds, 401K’s, and the stock market – “That may be true, but probably only 5 % account for 90% of all these investment dollars. That’s just more “trickle down” economics claiming that if a corporation is successful that everyone from the CEO to the floor sweeper benefit from higher wages and job securuty which is ridiculous”. How much of this “trickle down” ever get to the unemployed and minorites in our county? None, and that’s the tragedy of these stock market highs.”
How can our country ever prosper with her ways of thinking?
Ok, so some of you are saying you agree with taxing our 401k’s? This would be very damaging to the working class who work hard but do not fall into the rich or the welfare class of people. I just think that is not fair and a very poor way of thinking.
If the rich are rich, there is a reason for it. That just means they killed it and dragged it home guys. Let’s get real here. Welfare recipients do nothing but stand there with their hand out and democrats are there to fill it!!

No, Hillary Clinton still is the main problem with Democrats. It will all get better when she drops out and goes away for good. The Dems in Congress and the Senate have accomplished nothing, if Hillary were President, they would still accomplish nothing.

No the main problem with Democrats is they are completely out of touch with most Americans. Hilary completely misread America and is losing to Obama because of it. Obama has started saying things that are very offensive to much of America.
Extremist run both parties and we allowed this to happen.Answer by jxt299
Please get some perspective here. Unemployment is rising. Prices are rising. The middle class and poor people are going to totally eat it in a combination of economic Depression and runaway inflation, and it has been caused by Mr. Bush’s childish, babyish economic policies–give tax cuts to billionaires and finance it with borrowing from Communist China. Its insane!!! And now the economy is sliding into a genuine disaster, we might all become poor peasants as the value of the dollar continues to drop and prices soar and employment drops. Pelosi had NOTHING to do with creating this disaster, Bush and his supporters did. So…impeach the supreme court, use the RICO statutes to sieze assets of the corporations and churches that backed Bush. Its that or 1929 all over again, your choice.Answer by Freedle S
I think the main problem with the democrats is John Dean. He hasn’t been seen for a while though it was reported that someone saw his shoes dangling out from under Obama’s overcoat.

Answer by Beau D. SatvaAll the US needs is working Democrat majorities in Congress so they can begin to address the miserable Dumbya economy that has been ignored for 7+ years. It’s VERY important to continue to rid the US of the Republican culture of corruption. Vot Dem!Answer by skii_tyme
You’re confusing the rich propspering with the entire country prospering. Trickle down doesn’t work and never will. It’s demoralizing and simply leads to the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer. The rich take the tax breaks, then ship our jobs overseas to increase profits to line their pockets even more.
Don’t give me that stock market B.S. Retirement fund capitialization is only 2% of the market – another example of lower and middle classes being thrown a bone while the rich get richer.
Our country will prosper just fine, and since Democrats just won 3 out of the 3 open seats(that have been held for decades by Republicans), the country knows it too.Answer by MN Jen
No, Howard Dean. Democrats are the most mismanaged organization I can think of today. Why would anyone choose a leader that imploded his own political campaign to lead a party to support other campaigns in beyond me. If and when the Dems nominate Obama and he wins the popular vote but loses the election, remember why. Dems don’t get it- “Hey Dean, it’s about winning stupid!”Answer by Tom S
Well she is a huge problem. Completely incompetent in her role as speaker of the house. Here’s a person who goes against the people of America to fraternize with the enemy (government of Sudan). Here is a person who is more concerned about milking the taxpayers so she can get more perks for herself and her croonies than actually accomplishing anything in Congress.
The congress that we have today (110th Congress) is the main reason why we have so many problems with society and the economy today (high gas prices, inflation, weak educational system). They accomplish nothing except what big business lobbyists want. For example, since the energy crisis of the 1970s, congress did absolutely nothing in passing laws for more fuel efficient cars, alternate fuels, or cutting our dependence on foreign oil.
Today’s “democratic” congress is a worthless bunch – a pure waste of taxpayer dollars. And Nancy Pelosi is the top dog of this worthless bunch. She’s an embarrassment – a traitor.
