mark.: Is Microsoft going to release a smaller storage version of the Xbox 360 S?
As of right now, Microsoft is only offering the 250 GB SKU. Sony’s PS3 offers 250 GB and 120 GB options. Will Microsoft (for once) give its fans what they want and start selling a cheaper 120 (or somewhere around it) GB Xbox 360 S?

As of right now there is no plans for a 120 from MS(at least they have not announced anything). They are going to release a smaller system but it will only be a 4 GB system. Due out August 3rd or so I believe.
No, and in general PC hardware supplies a supplier would never release a smaller capacity drive after the release of a larger one unless the technology has improved.Answer by Sam Lund
