First, I thought this is not possible for a software manufacturer to prevent their products from being torrented. But, when I searched for a particular software, that software has been removed from the torrent sites. Even when I uploaded it to a torrent site it has been deleted as well as my account also deleted.

When I searched for a reason, I came to know that torrent sites have some copyright laws. That’s why I got this doubt whether “Is it possible for a manufacturer to prevent their products from being torrented?” or copyright holder wants their products to getting torrented.
