In the Christian Bible is says, “thou shall not judge”. Most Christians do not follow that.

Yes! It is very wrong in Islam to judge others even according to the holy Quran, were supposted to leave that to God, because only he knows who is wrong and who will be forgiven.
“O you who believe! Shun much suspicion; for lo! some suspicion is a sin.”
“O you who believe! stand out firmly for Allah, as witnesses to fair dealing, and let not the hatred of any people make you swerve to wrong and depart from justice. Be just: that is next to piety: and fear Allah. For Allah is well-acquainted with all that you do. ” [Sûrah al-Mâ’idah: 8]
[49:11]”O ye who believe! let not one people deride another people, who may be better than they, nor let women deride other women, who may be better than they. And defame not your own people, nor call one another by nicknames. Bad indeed is evil reputation after the profession of belief; and those who repent not are the wrongdoers.”
And just a small extra note, In SOME cases where judging needs to be made, the Quran says to judge fairly:
Nisa {4:58}
“Verily, Allaah commands that you should render back the trusts to those, to whom they are due; and that when you judge between men, you judge with justice. Verily, how excellent is the teaching which He gives you.”
etc…

You need to go back and read the bible. You have to judge if you didn’t you would not know right from wrong.
John 7:24
Stop judging by appearances, but judge with righteous judgment!
“And when you speak, then be just, though it be (against) a relative.” [Al-Quran, Surah al-An`âm: 152]
“O you who believe! stand out firmly for Allah, as witnesses to fair dealing, and let not the hatred of any people make you swerve to wrong and depart from justice. Be just: that is next to piety: and fear Allah. For Allah is well-acquainted with all that you do. ” [Al-Quran, Surah al-Mâ’idah: 8]
“O you who believe! Shun much suspicion; for lo! some suspicion is a sin.” [Al-Quran, Surah al-Hujurât: 12]
There are more in other less direct sentences, but this should be enough for your query. Then again, many Muslims (esp those living in muslim countries) do not follow this rule.
It’s a fact. Alot of muslims judge others.
A lot Muslims in mosques judge every other muslims who don’t go to the mosque/ read quran/ don’t keep a beard/ don’t wear the hijab as much as they do…as bad.
A lot of Muslims who don’t wear the hijab or those who don’t pray, judge other muslims who do…as old- fashion.
Just as the asker had mentioned, most christians judge others. Muslims are also the same. I’m just being frank and fair.

But Islam SHOULD judge to see that every body accepts Allah and to ensue that either one accepts Allah or ceases to exist .For the God had sent the ultimate prophet to accomplish the mission of bringing the entire world to Allah , which the earlier prophets have failed to do! So they should judge everybody without exception.Answer by Jenna R
I’m not a Christian, but “most christians…” bothered me.
Do you really know “most christians”?
Answer by AshMost people do not follow that, Christian or otherwise, if you believe otherwise you are deluded.Answer by Inaya
It is the same in Islam. Only God is allowed to judge, yet you find many Muslims who feel that they have the right to judge others. In particular, they like to judge non-Muslims, and Muslims who do not adhere to the same particular “brand” of Islam that they do.
No man has the right to judge another man. Only God can do that. Only God knows what is in a man’s heart. We do not.
When we judge one another, we become arrogant, and start to feel as though we are “better” than others. No one is better than anyone else. Be they Muslim, Christian, Jew, Hindu, Buddhist, etc. We are all the same.

When Allah is judgemental and people who believe it, will also be judgemental. Who is not a muslim, convert them because Allah said that only muslims will go to heaven.Answer by what to do?
no.. hadith dont matter (muslims argue which hadith are authentic everyday)..but quran says they CAN judge and even execute unbelievers, id say thats a harsh judgment..it doesnt even say WHO or WHICH muslims can carry out these detailed atrocious acts (allah didnt lay downb a COURT OF LAW type system) but just an everyday person can carry out the killings. as is shown in hadith as well….. they only set up rules for witnesses…but witnesses can get together and LIE..so therefore..innocent people are killed according to this archaic system
today we have forensics and video cameras…back then they had “word of mouth” and thats it! youre dead! surely no God is part of an imperfect system. allowing humans to judge……. when we cant. but we do need laws to protect society..but not to CONTROL society!Answer by Kevin R
According to the “Holy Qu’ran” they also tell all Muslims to strike down non-Muslims and Muslim defectors. If that’s not “judging others” I don’t know what is…
