I cant open a new inernet page; a security warning pops up and says you must download a file, i download the file and it still doesnt work. What Now?!
THE FILE IS CALLED NAVCANCL
I’M RUNNING SPYBOT NOW
THIS IS ONLY OCCURING ON MY USERNAME FOR MY COMPUTER.

or myb ur ANTI VIRUS is not good enough in setting… let me know bout it and then … myb we could solve it…

scan your pc with a spyware remover and a good ant-virus programme (avg free) you can download loads from www.download.com

have you been hit with a browser hijacker?

Download (or run if you have them) Spybot and Lavasoft (links below) this will clear it if it’s adwre or spyware. Unless it’s Adobe flash player or such like in which case it needs to be installed once downloaded – depends on the site you are trying to access.
(Spybot) https://www.safer-networking.org/
(Lavasoft) https://www.lavasoft.com/ click on free download button update both programs on line and run the scanners.
