2. The Study of International Laws and other law subjects like political laws to know other nations government and others relative to international relations or foreign policies.
3. Preparation as ambassador, diplomats, etc.

#2: International Law; International Trade and Transportation; World History (Ancient, Modern, Contemporary); one or more foreign languages; Comparative Religions; Money – and – Banking; Geography; Macro- and Micro-Economics; GeoPolitics, etc.
#3: International banking; International stockbrokerage; International currency exchange; State Department; teacher; International lawyer/ Maritime Lawyer AFTER obtaining relevant law degree;

What you need are good… no, EXCELLENT grades in high school.
Schools to consider: Georgetown; Stanford; Columbia; American; Johns Hopkins; Harvard; George Washington.
Notice that 3 of those schools (Georgetown, American, George Washington) are IN Washington DC and one is nearby (Johns Hopkins, in Baltimore).
