I am starting college in the fall at Rochester Community and Technical College. I am planning on taking a Journalism course. Is there anybody who has taken or is taking a course in college on journalism or any similar course in college, who know how hard it will be?

More than anything, the hard part is making time to do work on your own schedule. In high school, there’s a daily routine that you fall into, w/ study halls and free-time to do your work. In college, you might have a class 2 days a week, every other day, or a super long class only once a week; the rest is up to you, to keep up with the material/study/assignments. It’s hard in that respect. Also, yes the material is also more advanced (to varying degrees, depending on the professor and subject).
