I want to be able to write the same horoscope column for several sources. How is this done legally? Do I have to let everyone know that my same column in being published elsewhere?

ur horoscope column can be published in other papers if u have sponcors or if ur column frm ur old paper is so effective with gud quality and if u gt the support of the readers

You must ask your paper for syndication rights.

Normally, the newspapers will seek an undertaking from you that your contributions should not be published in other papers. You have to negotiate the terms from the newspapers.
