How would I block a game (specifically puzzle pirates) from being accessed on xp?

Hopelesssss: How would I block a game (specifically puzzle pirates) from being accessed on xp?
My cousin is addicted to puzzle pirates. I’m tired of locking my computer every time i get up from it. I need to block it as well as some other things he tries to use. Evony is one of them .. I know puzzle pirates launches a separate program. I want it all blocked, but I don’t want to block myself from my everyday sites (facebook,yahoo,myspace)

Are these games that are played online?

If so, it might be best to purchase a web filter or paternal controls on the computer and have them set to block those sites, without setting them to block your sites.
