: How would education be ranked without the department of education?
Would education quality in the US be ranked across nationwide averages of all persons regardless of schooling? Or only those ‘privileged’ to go to school will be ranked?

it could only go up at this point.
The credit rating agencies have already told us that they are only starting to downgrade our credit rating and that there is more to come.
Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s said they wanted 4 Trillion in real cuts over the next ten years to stop from downgrading our rating. Congress produced imaginary cuts.
A good place to start would be to shut down a Federal Department that does nothing but duplicate work done by the States.
THe Federal Department of Education should be first on the chopping block
I don’t know. But, to conservatives education isn’t important. It is obviously liberal, since it disagrees with their ideology. Everything that disagrees with the cons is liberal including experts, the educated community, documentaries, less biased news like RT and BBC, facts, statistics, the education system, and ultimately history itself. Hmm.. it seems the truth is liberal?
