Im not 100% sure what you mean by your question. However I do have experience with withdrawing and adding funds to poker sites with Moneybookers. The poker sites need to know your email address that you used to sign up with Moneybookers. This is the equivalent of your bank account number so they know who and where to pay.
The poker site agents are in charge of the deposit to your Moneybookers account.

You provide your betting site with your moneybookers email. That is how they send you the money, and how moneybookers knows who’s money it is when they receive it! Then you withdraw the money from Moneybookers into your personal bank account.

Like Paypal, Moneybookers provides for the sending of funds via email. You give the website your email, they send you an email with a link. You click on that and the funds are credited to the Moneybooker account associated with the receiving email address so make sure you give the site the email address with which you registered on Moneybookers with.

You have to give the bookmaker email of your Moneybookers account. Sometimes you have to also give you MB account number.
