fantasyFreak: How to make powerpoints with a crossword puzzle?
For a project at school I am trying to make a powerpoint presentation that when I click another word on the crossword puzzle shows up. Is there any way to do this? If so, how do I get the crossword puzzle on there and have it work like I have described?

As in, whenever you click the screen, another word will reveal itself?
Well, you could get the image of the blank crossword you want to use (you could use a crossword generator and screencap it), and put it on the slide, or you could make a bunch of white boxes, to represent the blanks. Then, make a bunch of Text Boxes and type the words in, spaced out so they’re over the letters properly. For vertical words, you can just put each letter on a separate line. For words that cross, you can either double it over, or only make the letter show up on one of the words, and adding extra spaces on the 2nd one(if that makes sense…)
To make them show up when you click, you can put an effect on each one, and set it so that it only appears when clicked. If you have Office 2007, you can do this by going to Animations >>> Custom Animation, then clicking on the text box you want, and going to “Add Effect,” which has a nice little yellow star next to it.
If you do it this way, you have to do the words in the order that you add them in(as opposed to letting your class pick which word you do next), and I have no clue how to do it differently, unfortunately. But you can always look up how to do that online 🙂
