I would appreciate any knowledge as to how to build a home made tackle bag for rugby training.

By the way, It looks and feels the same as a boxing bag.

it’s a long one but an old wheelchair with an up right attached and then rapped in roof insulation and plastic and weight on the chair????? something like that?? wait for more answers anyway.

Don’t bother with “rugby”
