That Person Over There: How to make a desktop shortcut have two different targets?
How do make a single shortcut on the desktop that when I double click it it opens CoD:BO single player, and when I right click there is a button that will launch multiplayer?
I have another shortcut on my desktop that does this, but I dont know how it was created.

Shortcuts only do so much.
It will open the item listed in the “target” box.
That’s it.
It sounds like you’ve had an option added to your ‘right-click’ menu.
If you right-click any shortcut, you will get a list of options, i.e. open, properties, etc.
You’ll need to create a new entry on the right-click menu to match the function of the other shortcut.
