abcdefghijk1: How to avoid dating a girl that expects you to pay for everything?
I just got done dating a girl who expected me to always pick up the check and pay for EVERYThing…..I found this to be quite annoying, now I have 2 questions
1.Is this standard procedure or did I just get unlucky?
2.How can I avoid this type of thing happening again?

Guys are always supposed to pay it is a standard procedure. Next time maybe don’t ask her out on a date if you dun wanna pay:)
You can’t avoid it unless ur girl is extremely rich

2. Tell them before you take them out that you expect them to pay their part.
I would recommend evaluating -where- you are finding these ladies to determine if the area you’re chick shopping at attracts a certain type of person you want to date or if it tends to attract the people you don’t like.

Where they’re both young and in a LTR. They both work and ago to school full time, but he can only work part time through school while she works full time?
Does that mean she’s got to pay for having the ability to do more than him?
I’m that girl and i paid for everything while his part time income went to cars, music and a never ending stereo system in said vehicles.
Guess what?
I married him.
And it didn’t get any better.
So… I divorced him. [Not for that reason… relax]
At my age, if you can’t buy me a piece of chicken and a movie, you can’t take care of my or my children in the long run so I’m better off without you.
Being angry over paying is indicative of other money issues in the long term that I don’t want to deal with.
