How much thinking power does a teenager have compared to a grownup?

: How much thinking power does a teenager have compared to a grownup?
I myself am a teenager. I read in one issue of National Geographic that the teenage brain could have much more myelin which made the brain signals speed up by almost a hundred times. So can i say with some truth in it that a teenagers brain has double the power of an grownup?
