a very small number of people die from plane crashes compared to how many people fly in a day. You have a greater chance of dying in a car wreck then in a plane crash.

More people get killed by a donkey than a plane and you actually have greater chances dying on your way to the airport. I would say considering that, not too many people die on a plane.

Plane crashes are rare compared to car crashes. They make big headlines because of the number of people killed at one time. Air fatalities are probably in the hundreds world wide. About 40,000 people die in America each year in car accidents. This is not big news because it’s one or two at a time.
