How many emails until you are considered a spammer?

LaLaLaBamba: How many emails until you are considered a spammer?
I just got a new job that requires me to send out alot of emails to my clients (100-200 per day). All these clients request the info that I am sending them, so its not like I am just randomly sending emails. My questions is, how many emails can I send a day with out my ISP considering me a spammer? ISP is Roadrunner if that makes a difference.

I’ve seen that Y has limits but you have to ask both directly. I spammed 5 mails at once and got the string theory for like two weeks on the Y.
