chey c: How Many children are allowed in a in home day care service?
My neighbor has day care service run out of her home, how many children is she allowed? And is there somewhere I can go to figure this out, like online?

every state has home licensing rules, In Michigan it is a 6 to one ratio for a home daycare. There are also rules about the ages, like only being able to have 2 kids under the age of 18 months at any given time and having to count your own kids as part of the daycare until they are 12 or older.
Check with the local Office for Children.
