There are 3 general kinds of masturbation sessions.

Quickie – If you don’t have much time (or privacy), you jerk it as quick as you can and get to orgasm as fast as you can. It doesn’t feel nearly as good as taking your time but it does the job. It can take from 1 minute (super fast) to 5. 1 minute is tough to do though, unless it’s been several days since you last ejaculated.

Natural – Get an erection, play with it a while and gradually get faster until you have an orgasm. It takes however long it takes. Usually 5-15 minutes. This is probably the most “normal” way of doing it.

Drawn Out – This is for if you want to make a big deal out of it. Play with it a bunch of different ways over a long period of time – stopping occasionally – until finally you have a big orgasm. Problem is, it can be kinda boring, most guys want to finish within 15 minutes and then do something else. Also, there’s quite a time and privacy commitment. It can take from 15 minutes to an hour or more. It will not work unless you stop occasionally, especially when you feel an orgasm building.

For teenagers that don’t have lots of privacy, the average is probably 5-10 minutes.
