i actually had the same question, but most likely when you both really like each before one of you say it

It depends on you and that person. I knew I loved my husband about 3 months into our relationship and he felt that way too of course we never actually said the words to each other until maybe about 5 or 6 months.

its been a month and we have just now started talking about “i love you”. not even saying it just talking ABOUT it..
