I’m not sure, but I’m 6 weeks and 1 day too and my breasts are CONSTANTALLY sore so I feel your pain!

it will get better, you shouldnt actually start producing milk until about two or three days after you give birth, the pain will go down, just be patient.

I’m 33 weeks pregnant and my breasts have been leaking for about a month.
It’s not actual milk though I believe it’s called Colostrum- usually your milk dosnt come in until a few days after you have your baby.

Try a bag of frozen peas wrapped in a towel on your breasts – should relieve some pain

Mine came in about a week before I had my son. But Ive known people to have leaked early in pregnancy. I know how you feel – horribly uncomfortable!
