How is Telecom and Networking course at UPenn, compared to other state universities?

abkush: How is Telecom and Networking course at UPenn, compared to other state universities?
I am planning to do MS from Telecommunication and Networking, I don’t want to miss out on applying to Top universities for the course. My friends speak very highly of the TCOM course at UPenn, want to know how the university fares when compared to other state universities for this particular major.

Those courses at UPenn aren’t very well-taught or attended. They’re seriously considering cutting out those courses altogether.
