In what ways is Canada helping the situation in Libya? Thanks! 🙂
P.S. Please no negative comments and do not say Canada is not helping at all because I’ve already been told we’ve sent planes over to help.

Canada is a part of NATO, which is helping out Libya. No individual countries are “Helping” libya, though certain ones are doing more than others.
Canada has some 308 troops in the area, including fighter jets, and a Naval ship.Answer by Randy B

Just to add to these answers… It was just announced that a canadian general… Robert Bouchard I believe will be leading the mission for NATO.. So now Canada needs to send some personnel. It seems to be this way to make Turkey feel better who apparently was not at ease by a British or French general leading.Answer by OldSpiceGuy
