I read that many top fighters in numerous fighting sports especially in grappling sports such as Judo and Sambo state that knowledge of physics(and its formulas) will be very helpful in planning strategies and tactic in matches.They also said knowing laws of physics help you execute techniques more easiluiy.How does knowledge of physics help them?

The body is made of physical objects. Therefore, physics can be used to model the body. Therefore, you can use physics to understand how to use a body in the best way possible.
Simple ideas such as leverage and inertia can help make predictions on how you and your body will move if punched, and what limits to your capabilities are.
More complex ideas could also help – the body is essentially a bag of water, so fluid dynamics, along with physiology (biology about structure), can help figure out exactly where punches would have the most effect.
Fighting, in essence, is two Newtonian machines moving against each other. If you know how a machine works, you can make it move like you want. It’s the difference between using a sword like a club or knife and using it as an “extension of your arm”. Except that it’s not the sword, it’s your arm itself.

Yes people do operate according to the laws of physics, but no fighter is making calculations based on formulas do beat their opponent. Becoming a great fighter takes determination, practice, which leads awareness of body position, balance and when to execute the right moves. a. when you kick your opponent, try right at the point of your opponent so hard he fell easily
b. pressure on the punch is p = F / a, so you if you want to strengthen minimize blow or kick to touch areas of the opponent’s body. can use your elbow
c. momentum of the collision on the body depends on time. then shorten your stroke to get the maximum impulse
d. use newtons third law, action equals reaction. so when you get hit he will give the same action. of course after avoiding a backlash from opponents
e. newton’s first law is inertia. then you try to avoid each swing. so that the total weight of your opponent will move. and you will master the situation
