How do you unlock jigglypuff and toon link in super smash bros brawl?

B.P.: How do you unlock jigglypuff and toon link in super smash bros brawl?
I already tried beating the classic mode on any difficult and using anybody other than ike and i still didnt get him. I also tried beating event 20 and i still didnt get him. And i didnt get toon link when i beat classic mode with link. How do i do this!!!???

And whats SSE??

go to subsimarry space thingy and do this adventure Head to The Swamp, and progress into the level, After defeating the gigantic Diddy Kong, you’re going to end up on some kind of river. Travel to the right, up until you see the barrels that can shoot you in a direction. Avoid them, and swim under the one which shoots you directly to the right. Jump up onto the ground. A floating door will be there for you. That’s the door to Jigglypuff

SSE stands for Sub Space Emissary

sse is subspace emissary or the adventure mode.

to get toon link finish sse and then do classic with link or go to “The Forest” in sse.

you must beat the Subspace Missary(thats SSE) and then to goet toon link, you must beat classic with link( note: the battle to obtain toon link is very difficult. I have yet to get him but i have battled him 3 times! sometimes he remains untouchable!) and to get jiggly puff you simply beat classic with any character BUT Ike. She is not as hard as toon link
